Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mama Ponchos. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

At this time, Mama Ponchos ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Stated through trusted courier partners. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, your package will be handed to the shipping carrier, and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Our shipping partners include DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Estimated delivery time within the continental United States: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–12 business days.

Please remember that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly indicated on our website.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number that allows you to follow your package’s journey.

Delivery Issues, Lost or Stolen Packages

Mama Ponchos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking number shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional customs or import duties. If any taxes or fees are applied by the courier or local authorities, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Claims

Mama Poncho is not liable for products damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for verification.
